Real Names Explanation:

Katie Greene of RealNames says,

"On the e-mail to affiliates: we sent the following email out to people who inquired or seemed confused about our business direction in order to try to clarify our position."

Thank you for your participation in the RealNames Affiliate Program. A recent email you received from us notifying you of the cancellation of our Affiliate Program has caused some confusion and concern. We apologize for this confusion. We would like to take a moment to clarify our intent, as well as the direction of our company.

RealNames does not intend to stop doing business with small companies. In fact, small companies are still very much a priority for RealNames. At this time we have simply decided to discontinue our Affiliate Program as a sales channel. We realized that we were not creating the demand necessary in the market place to provide our affiliates the success they deserve. We are taking the necessary steps to create demand for Internet Keywords and it is our intention to re-launch an affiliate program at a time when it can be successful.

As mentioned in the previous email we will be paying out all commissions that have been earned.

We would also like to clarify that we have not in any way discontinued our $100 product and it will still be sold through our website.

Once again, we appreciate your participation over the past months and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that ending the program may have caused you.

Sincerely,
RealNames Affiliate Team
