To Successfully Implement Your Link Popularity Campaign,

Upon reading these terms and conditions and clicking the link below signifying you agree, we will be happy to accept your order and proceed immediately with your link popularity campaign.
This agreement is between You and Your Company, and LinkageXpress.
You are arranging for LinkageXpress to improve the targeted, relevant link popularity of Your Company's Web site in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Our work is extremely labor-intensive from the start. No software is used. Everything we do to build your targeted link popularity is done by hand, which is why Your Company shall pay LinkageXpress 100% in advance.
The timing of a LinkageXpress campaign is equivalent to the timing of an SEO site positioning campaign, and we recognize the same critically important set of criteria. The Internet environment is extremely dynamic, and to properly respond to continually changing conditions in the right way requires an ongoing campaign. This process cannot happen overnight, and time must be spent. Because (of course) you want to get links from the best sites and we're pursuing top-quality targeted links on your behalf, the pursuit of this level of quality will by necessity take time.
Your Company must post a reciprocal links page. Your links page is a value-added resource, offers your site visitors new content, and is an asset that grows. (Please note: if Your Company does not choose to post a reciprocal links page, we can still pursue potential link partners for Your Company but cannot guarantee the specific number of links you order will be achieved. Why? Reciprocal linking is fundamental to the culture of the Internet, and is expected by savvy, worthwhile Web sites - the same sites that will do your own site the most good by bringing you targeted traffic and improving your search engine rankings.)
Your Company must link to this links page from the Company home page. Your link partners need to be able to readily find their link on your site. A simple, unobtrusive text link at the bottom of your home page to the links page will suffice.
Before LinkageXpress begins the Company's campaign, LinkageXpress and Your Company will establish mutually agreed-upon criteria for identifying the best, most potent link partners for your Company's Web business. Potential link partners will be identified based on Your Company site content, keywords and intended target audience. LinkageXpress will only seek out link partner sites with a beneficial Google PageRank for Your Company's site.
Once these goals are set for Your Company campaign and pursued carefully, unless there is an issue with a particular link partner site LinkageXpress does expect the list of link partners we generate to be approved.
Your Company must update links whenever LinkageXpress sends to Your Company an updated list.
Your Company cannot use any form of penalized links management system which may be construed by the major search engines and directories to be a 'red flag': either spam or FFA-related. Such a penalized system must be avoided at all costs, because it would negate the benefits of the careful, targeted LinkageXpress link-building process.
Additionally, Your Company must not use 'dynamic links'. Dynamic links WILL hinder the ability to get other important sites to link back to you. Why? Because if you use dynamic links, your outbound links will not be picked up and 'recognized' by the search engines. In other words, they won't do you any good, and will not boost or improve your rankings or PageRank.
Upon receipt of payment from Your Company, LinkageXpress will start the link-building campaign for Your Company's Web site immediately, and will begin right away to generate links to your site.
...The LinkageXpress Service...
The Linkagexpress service begins in consultation with you, when LinkageXpress looks through Your Company Web site in detail. Then, based on Your Company site content, keywords, market niche, intended audience, and the specific goals of your link-building campaign, LinkageXpress seeks out and finds key link partners in Your Company's niche online.
The initial link partner identification process can take 20 business days. We don't 'recycle' the same group of links, ever - we start fresh with every campaign, which ensures that your campaign will be 100% relevant, up-to-the-minute and Google indexed.
LinkageXpress will look for the best link partners for your Web business on Google. Because we know you seek to improve your PageRank on Google, we begin by identifying link partner sites with a minimum Google PageRank of 3 so that we are sure they are being properly indexed by Google. Today anything less than PR 3 is irrelevant.
LinkageXpress goes through each potential link partner site individually, measuring their market relevance by site content, search engine positioning, PageRank and traffic. Our criteria includes:
I. Non-competing Web sites that are a theme match for Your Company site content and objectives
II. Web sites that are not penalized, or 'link farms'
III. Web sites that actively seek site submissions and offer a strong chance for inclusion
IV. Web sites that reach and offer value to your target market
V. Very importantly, Web sites that are already indexed by Google with a PR 3 or higher
To determine link potential LinkageXpress explores each site to see if they currently provide Your Company with networking potential, including outgoing links to other sites in Your Company's niche online. If they do, they will be made aware of Your Company's Web business via contact through personal email or phone call.
LinkageXpress develops an HTML page listing each of these key sites. This page will be delivered to Your Company contact for easy uploading and seamless integration with Your Company Web site. As soon as this page is posted and LinkageXpress is notified of your exact link page URL, LinkageXpress begins the contact process by notifying each potential link partner individually about Your Company site. In a personal email or phone call LinkageXpress details exactly why they should reciprocate with a link from their site to Your Company site.
Please note:
For various reasons not all sites will link back to a site seeking targeted link popularity, and many will not link back immediately. Expect to allow months after posting the links for full results from the campaign to manifest and all incoming links to be established.
LinkageXpress's job includes continued follow-up on this ongoing process; additions of new link partners to Your Company list and removal of non-linking sites; and generation of new HTML pages that can easily be uploaded over the existing page of links on Your Company's site and match the Company link page design exactly. There is no additional charge for this ongoing support.
Do know that as soon as you post your links page and notify us, we will begin establishing links for you immediately.
LinkageXpress will continue to pursue more link partners on Your Company's behalf to meet the Linkagexpress guarantee - at no additional cost to Your Company. This gives LinkageXpress the requisite time needed to allow all links to manifest for the Company campaign, keep the links list updated, contact new potential link partners, remove the 'deadwood' and so forth so that LinkageXpress can bring your targeted link-building campaign to a successful, powerful, results-oriented conclusion.

Your Company may choose between 4 packages: a 25 Link Package, a 50 Link Package, a 75 Link Package, and a 100 Link Package. If additional link potential is available, custom packages above 100 links may be implemented upon your request.

Upon generating the number of link partners Your Company has ordered, LinkageXpress's work is complete. From this point forward, maintaining and growing the links list is Your Company's responsibility. Your links are an asset that grows.

LinkageXpress will not reveal any confidential information Your Company provides regarding Your Company's Web business to outside parties.
LinkageXpress is an independent business working for You and Your Company only as specified above. No other relationships exist.
