Please read the following before you join the LinkageXpress Affiliate Program. To become an affiliate, you must agree to these "Terms and Conditions".

The LinkageXpress Affiliate Program
LinkageXpress will pay affiliates based on the amount of confirmed sales that affiliates generate as a result of their own marketing. Commission checks are sent out once per month for the previous month's sales.

Your Affiliate Obligation
The affiliate is granted the right to promote LinkageXpress through means of advertising which are considered to be ethical and professional only. The affiliate is not permitted to promote the LinkageXpress Affiliate Program on sites that contain warez, adult or sexually oriented material, hate material, racist material, illegal material, or anything that is deemed unethical. The affiliate is NOT allowed to promote by SPAM or UCE. Affiliate also agrees that they will abide by all copyright and trademark laws in their advertisements.

The LinkageXpress Obligation to YOU
LinkageXpress.com shall not be held responsible for loss of data, or interruptions caused by technical difficulties with the affiliate program tracking software should any arise.

YOU Are An Independent Contractor
The relationship between you as the Affiliate and LinkageXpress established by this Agreement is that of independent contractors. We shall have no authority to incur any obligations on behalf of the other, except as otherwise provided under this agreement.

Fees
The LinkageXpress Affiliate Program is completely free to join.

Termination
LinkageXpress may terminate any affiliate at any time we feel necessary. Necessary termination includes: the affiliate abuses the LinkageXpress.com system, the affiliate is registered more than once, the affiliate sends unsolicited email (SPAM), the affiliate posts advertisements in newsgroups or forums that do not allow advertisements, and/or anything else that is considered to be unprofessional or inappropriate. A terminated account will erase all sales and commissions that the affiliate has been credited. LinkageXpress will also press charges for any damages or loss of money due to an affiliate's actions. "I didn't know" is not a valid excuse.

Cancellation
The affiliate may cancel their affiliation with LinkageXpress at any time.

General
LinkageXpress is not responsible for its affiliates actions. LinkageXpress reserves the right to change this agreement at any given time. LinkageXpress makes no warranties expressed or implied. LinkageXpress respects the privacy of all affiliates and will not sell, trade, or give away any personal information submitted to LinkageXpress.
